Return Policy

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of product or do product exchanges.

If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong Pop Drops order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately here (or by emailing info@popdrops.com) and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at popdrops.com.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Pop Drops, please take note of the lot number printed on the bottom of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of Pop Drops you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.

We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact info@popdrops.com to initiate the refund process. We only ask that you share your valuable input, as to why you are requesting a refund, so that we may strive to make your customer experience better in the future.
